1. Delivery
Upon clearance of payment deliveries will be made as follows;
Standard Deliveries – Delivery within 3-4 working days.
We know how important it is to get your order to you as soon as possible. We endeavour to keep in stock all items that are displayed on the website so that we can provide a prompt delivery to you. If however, there may be any instance whereby we have to make to order then we will of course inform you of this prior to your order being processed and advise you of the delivery timescale.
We are unable to say at exactly what time of day your order will be received. If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified address then the package will be returned to your local delivery depot for collection. A card should be left detailing how to organise redelivery of the item.
Return of goods
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us via email and we will endeavor to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
2. Payment
Payments must be made in advance.
Preferred payment method – Paypal.
Please note : We do not accept credit / debit card payments over the telephone.
You will receive an invoice together with the items you have ordered and all transactions will be made in pounds sterling.
3. General
By placing an order with Springback Binders Limited, you declare that you have read and understood our general Terms and Conditions and that you agree with their content.
By placing an order online you are purchasing your desired and requested product as described in our website. Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products accurately , the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned or licensed to Springback Binders Limited. No contract is concluded between you and Springback Binders Limited prior to delivery of the ordered items.
